FDM.SH InkluTrain
The project develops practical formats and resources to promote inclusion and accessibility in research data management, and supports RDM advocates through training and self-study programmes.

In doing so, it draws on materials and findings from the Datenlotse project and adapts them for use in national research data management training programmes. The starting point is a clearly identifiable need within the RDM community, as inclusion and accessibility have so far been given little systematic consideration in existing training and qualification programmes.
Building on the successful collaboration between the Institute for Inclusive Education and the Research Data Management team at CAU, the formats are being developed in partnership with the FDM.SH Working Group on Kompetenzentwicklung, the Go Unite! Working Group on Inclusion in Research Data Management, and the DINI/nestor Working Group on Training and Continuing Professional Development. The results will be made openly available and prepared in such a way that they can be reused in various teaching and learning programmes.
