At its core is the learning outcome matrix, which brings together learning objectives and content for different target groups—from students to data stewards. It provides a structured basis for planning, coordination, and further development of RDM training offerings as well as departmental curricula, and is already being reused within the NFDI and in various projects and training contexts.
